well, a flat tire, a towel in the wash sink that overflowed my laundy water all over the basement floor and a worker who misunderstood my dad and decided to come and install a bathroom sink today (instead of just get an estimate)... chaos is reigning at the moment - all else is well, but we'd really like not to have to be handling these extra balls to juggle right now.
